With this recipe we open the new course of Alberto's cooking blog! the book contains following:
for 6 people 500g of sliced \u200b\u200bveal lines, 100 fresh spicy cheese, 50g of raisins, 30g pine nuts, 150 grams of bread crumbs, bay leaves (which I accidentally left), slices of onion, olive oil or pork fat (olive oil would say ..) salt and pepper.
The recipe is the No. 453 peg 282 of the book.
